Throughout the year we host annual events including our Sakura Matsuri Family Day, and Carols in the Garden. These events are important to ensure the ongoing the Cowra Japanese Garden and Cultural Centre support and advance the cultural relations between the people of Cowra Shire in New South Wales and the people of Japan.
Cherry Blossom Festival Saturday, 25th September, 2021. A day filled with Japanese Cultural activities and events. Something for the whole family.
2020 Carols in the Garden cancelled due to Covid-19.
We introduce our first Autumn festival celebrating the Japanese annual holidays of Greenery Day and Children's Day on the 4th and 5th May. Entry to the Garden will be free on these two days providing a great opportunity to come and see the Garden and learn about Japanese Culture and the magnificent Cultural collection at the Garden.
