Opening hours are 8:30am - 5pm
Tickets offer all‑day access from purchase until the garden closes at 5pm.

Tour Groups and Schools
Tour Groups and Schools may be eligible for discounted ticket prices, please email our team to enquire. Specialist tour groups may also request a guided tour of the Garden by a member of the garden team, depending on availability.

Fish and Duck
Feeding
Fish food is available for purchase from the Gift Shop for $2 per bag and is one of the most popular activities for children visiting the garden.
Our koi fish can be fed from 1 September to 31 May. As the weather cools, the koi enter a period of winter dormancy (often referred to as hibernation), becoming much less active and eating very little. To protect the fish and other wildlife in the garden, we stop selling fish food and feeding the fish from 1 June until 1 September each year.
